How long will it take my product to ship?

We know, you want your goodies. We usually take 3-5 daysto process + pack and we follow the shipping lead times below:
North America: 7-9 business days Interntaional: 7-14 business days

PLEASE be patient - due to Covid 19 and the holiday season, some items may take some time to arrive to you. We proudly support USPS (even thought we know sometimes their process can take a little longer). We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Please note that during peek times such as holidays, we may run a few days longer. If there are ever issues that arise, we will be sure to notify you immediately to get you a more accurate time frame! Timing does vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected. If you need an order rushed, contact us directly at sami@theunexpectedtype.com Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes! We ship all of our goodies aside from our matches internationally. You can reach us at theunexpectedtype@gmail.com if you have any further questions about shipping overseas.

What is your return policy?

Full Priced Items If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may make a return within 14 days upon delivery of your online order to receive a full refund of any full priced product. Returns attempted after 14 days are eligible for exchange. After 30 days, we cannot provide a refund or exchange under any circumstance.
Please note, if we no longer carry the item you wish to return outside of 14 days, only exchanges will be available.
To receive a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met: All apparel items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. Accessories must be in original packaging and unopened and unused.
Sale Items Sale-priced items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of when you received the product, and must meet the requirements above. After 14 days, sale-priced items will not be eligible for return or exchange.

How do I make a return or exchange?

To return or exchange an item, please contact theunexpectedtype@gmail.com. Put either Return or Exchange in the subject line. In the body of the email, have the name of the item as found on packing slip, and any distinguishing color or size. Also include the reason for return, and if you would like to make an exchange, include the item or items of similar value that you'd like to exchange your item for. We hope to resolve any and all issues as quickly as possible to ensure customer satisfaction.

Do you offer wholesale?

HECK YES and we would gladly send you info on the goods! We're currently in the incredible hands of aretailers across the country and are always excited to hear from shops interested in carrying our goods. Do you offer custom patches or design?
